Hi,

I'm looking into an idea for App and am considering contracting a developer through one of the freelance/contract websites (e.g. www.freelancer.com). Does anyone have any experience (good or bad!) using one of these websites? or suggestions as to where i might start?

I have some friends who just tried a similar site, the free lancers were based in India, he was a little sceptical at the start but was amazed at the quality and value of the finished project. Try to test lightly at the start if you can as with everything online there are the good, the bad and the ugly,

I would like to build an app with an interface with touch-enabled tiles similar to WP7 home screen tiles with a background color and different textblocks. Do you know how can i do it using standard controls? Are there already made user controls that can be used for this? Thanks
