Internet Campaign Vs Traditional Market Research

With the level of analytics and tools available for start-ups I believe that a mini Internet Marketing Campaign trumps traditional market research every time. Here's why:

1) You make real world sales or sign-ups (beta)
2) You identify your most profitable marketing channels
3) You can test and measure actual value propositions and sales copy
4) You can gauge real demand by using Google keyword tool
5) You establish your key performance indicators and conversion rates
6) You can pay yourself from campaign profits
7) You have traction and can show scalability
8) You can answer the awkward VC and Business Angel questions with "Well that's what we are achieving in the real"

Today many companies are moving from traditional marketing towards internet marketing. Companies are altering money from traditional marketing to Internet marketing because Internet marketing is a more effective way to show proven results. Traditional marketing takes a little more trust that the impact of your efforts is helping your bottom line. With Internet marketing you can see real facts and every detail that leads to reaching your goals and determine your ROI.

As a 10-year Internet marketing professional I can provide you with real advice and information.

Internet marketing as a career, in my opinion, is an excellent career, and now is the best time to get started because EVERYONE needs help getting online to sell their products and services.

So far, I haven't seen any real college or post secondary institutions that teach what you truly need to learn to be an excellent, profitable, Internet marketer. I would highly suggest that you learn from a well established Internet marketing company that offers hands-on training seminars.

Your bachelor degree in management helps. Internet marketing also requires you to have natural ability in writing, being inventive, thinking out-of-the-box, and constantly keeping up with new developments. Internet marketing is a fast-paced occupation. But you'll never be bored and the sky's the limit.

Check out Paul Tobey at Training Business Pros in Toronto, Canada. He trained me years ago and the results were outstanding.

Is Internet marketing a good career? YES. YES. YES. Totally go for it! If you stick with it, you'll be able to write your ticket - for the rest of your life.

internet marketing is much more cost effective then regular marketing. If you know internet marketing you can spend a couple of months to get a site to the top of the search engine and then you get free traffic. That's the best form of marketing..when it's free.
