Hi Lightbulb,

Sorry for the lack of response but question is a bit vague, sounds like you just need a good commercial solicitor, I can recommend Lavelle Coleman, Gartlan Furey or Denis I Finn from personal experience.

Kind regards,

If you haven't found someone already try Access Legal run by John Gleeson - they have big firm experienced lawyers at reasonable rates. I found Barry MacCarthy (MacCarthy & Company) through them - good guy for start-ups. Good luck

Hi There,

It is something related to corporate sector and you must consult to CORPORATE LAWYER of any reputed corporate law firm.

Limited companies have become really popular in the UK and some "offshore" countries because of the low cost and different laws. Somehow many of them end up doing some pretty shady stuff! Don't mean to be generalizing though, I guess the vast majority are still legit :)

It is possible to do this yourself if you know that you need a Limited Company rather than be a sole trader. There is a lot of material out there so you can make an informed decision. We are here to help if you need it. Have a look at our blog when you are making your decision:

Be aware of your directors responsibilities if you decide to go down the route of being incorporated. I hope this helps.

To start a Limited company, you just need to register your company name and domain and take permission from authorities. You also need to fill up other liabilities such as tax payments, insurance, etc.
