Would like to form small ltd company with 3 people sharing power.problem is one of us is not eu citizen and is currently studying in Ireland on student visa entitled to work 20 hours per week. The law states that persons outside eu must seek permission to start business with min of 300 k to invest ( not a option now company may have that capital after 5 years) How can we divide the company equally amongst us and have non eu member work with us.
