I am starting a phone answering service in Kilkenny. I hav enever used onwe but i have researcherd them extensively.
It seems to be the ideal solution for a business like yours that does not want to stretch cash flow and profits by hiring a receptionist or rent and ab expensive office.
No matter where you are in the world you can have you local pgone number answered by us. We then either transfer the call directly to you, (as though you receptionist was in your front office), take a message or even screen your calls to your voicemail.
Its a very efficient way to give your customer the impression that you are as good as you already know you are.
Many companies continue to use this kind of service long after they have grown to the point where they can afford their own receptionist. Unless you have a lot of personal callers, no body knows the difference.
Sometinmes businesses who want a presence in a territory without having to open a local office. We provide theis kind of service for some UK companies who trade in ireland but yet arry out all operations from the UK.
