Hi,

I am looking at starting up a web based business in the healthcare industry. I have lots of commercial experience and have good marketing support but have a lack of knowledge in web design and maintenance. I am looking to partner up with a web designer...........any ideas ???????????

You might want to check the webhostingtalk forums. They have a forum dedicated to design offers and requests. You can also find Sys Admins on their for your project.

Websites can be easily developed using PHP. You should select a partner who have experience in PHP.

If you can't find any Partner with that Knowledge then i don't think so you have Problem with that,Because There are so many Companies which can helping you.

If you are looking for a web design specialist, you can give advertisement in the local newspaper for that. I would suggest you to learn some basic web design techniques like HTML, PHP, XML that can help you better in your business.
